Sup guys?
So I finished Amane route of Grisaia VN and it hit me really hard. I loved it, but how should I say this? I usually like drama, but it was so heavy that "broke" me, manly tears all over the place! (just kidding) And I get the feeling the other routes have their fair share of drama so I want to give it a time before returning. (in case I am wrong, please say what route has less drama)
TL;DR: I want something light, funny and easy to read (I don't mind if it has a little drama). A good Rom-com like Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai would be ideal.

You should definitly play If my heart had wings, its lighthearted, and truly good. vndb.org/v9093If you already played that, you should give Shinigami no kiss a try (More drama though) After, generally speaking visual novel always have a L O T of drama.

Good excuse to finish the last routes of the vn on Android. I am going to give IMHHW a chance. I already have heard about it but it never picked my interest. If you already played that, you should give Shinigami no kiss a try (More drama though) I am going to give that one a chance too. I usually like drama, I just don't want anything heavy for now. After, generally speaking visual novel always have a L O T of drama. Yeah, I know. Muv luv, Little Busters, Clannad... But it's like I said, Amane route hit me really hard and I just don't feel like reading anything heavy. Otherwise I would have already moved on to another route

Already heard that one too. But I got the impression it is just a VN that throws boobs at our face. Is there more to it or is it just fan-service?

Here's the VNDB page. It's light being only a "medium length" VN (10-30 hours long). And would probably fit best with a romantic comedy genre description. There is drama... but it's seriousness will vary and it will never really be all that heavy. Also, congratulations of finishing what is considered in the VN community to be one of the best routes of all time. And to answer your question... no. Grisaia no Kajitsu never ever gets lighter. EVER. Amane's route probably would be the "heaviest" if a direct comparison was to be made, but all the other routes would not be overly far behind. Indeed, the entire series follows in a similar manner with the sequel Grisaia no Meikyuu largely focusing on how terrifyingly bad Yuuji's life was. Out of curiosity... did you see Amane's "bad ending"? It's the only one in the game to get it's own CG. I have only cried a handful of times in my life man... but that bad ending... Every time man... Every time.

Not a visual novel. Nor is it low on drama. The final tally on meeting the requirements is 0 out of 2. But thank you for contributing Koala.

Every time man... Every time. What exactly were you expecting when I started referencing bad endings?

Edelweiss Canvas 2 Sengoku Rance Family Project Da Capo Wanko to Kurasou Heart de Roommate Flyable Heart Some of my favorites. Some of those caught my attention, but I will save them for later since I need to mentally prepare for old and low res images. I am spoiled by the new and shinny VN's lol PS: Sengoku Rance ftw!! Sup guys? So I finished Amane route of Grisaia VN and it hit me really hard. I loved it, but how should I say this? Every time. I heard a lot about that one too. I am going to give it a try after I try out Mayu recs. And thanks. I really liked Amane route. I got the good ending first (I just couldn't leave her alone after what she said) and tried out the bad ending after (goshh...). I know that the good end is suposed to be happy... But those kind of endings always hit me hard. So the good end + bad end = can't handle anything with too much drama for a few days or weeks. It just KO'ed me. I already played it. I get why you rec'ed it, but I can't handle those kind of endings for the time being.
